Interpreting detailed shop drawings to fabricate wood, fiberglass, and rubber molds for the manufacturing of custom precast concrete products

• Ability to read tape measure required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to fabricate molds for the production facility
• Extensive carpentry experience with table saws, band saws, cutoff saws, drill press, hand tools required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a team is required
• High attention to detail and quality required

Experience with concrete and/or concrete products is a plus
