Job Responsibility:

  • Reactive and preventative carpentry maintenance across hospital buildings
  • Repairs to doors, locks, cabinetry, and general timber structures
  • Small-scale fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades to support clinical staff
  • Ensuring all work meets strict health, safety, and government building standards
  • Coordinating with other trades to ensure minimal disruption to patient care.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualified: Cert III in Carpentry
  • Safety: Valid Construction Induction (White Card) and a Driver's Licence
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a Police Check and provide vaccination records (standard for hospital sites)
  • Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
