Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Red Seal Carpenter to join our team in a busy indoor production environment. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and offers strong work-life balance through a 4-day work week with guaranteed full-time hours.

Job Responsibility:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and building components
Construct and install interior structural elements and finish components
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Ensure work meets building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to meet schedules and production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements:

Valid Red Seal Carpenter certification (Interprovincial Endorsement)
Strong understanding of carpentry methods, materials, and tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
