Job Description

We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our team on Barrow Island, on a civil infrastructure project. Fulltime, 12 Hour days on a FIFO 2:2 or 2:1 roster. Competitive hourly rates + penalties. Safely every day.

Job Responsibility

Construct, install, modify, and dismantle formwork systems
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Assemble and strip both proprietary and conventional formwork systems
Ensure all work meets project quality and safety requirements
Work collaboratively with site teams to achieve project milestones
Operate small to medium civil plant and equipment
Comply with permit-to-work systems and site safety procedures

Requirements

Trade qualification in Carpentry
Demonstrated experience with in-situ reinforced concrete construction
Extensive experience with PERI and/or MEVA formwork systems
Extensive experience with conventional formwork
Previous experience in an operational gas plant, oil & gas facility, mine site, or similar high-risk industrial environment
White Card
Permit to Work training and practical experience
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Full Australian working rights
