NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
Experience in voids, kitchen and bathroom works or major repairs
Strong carpentry and installation experience
Multi-trade capability (basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Strong understanding of health & safety

Job Responsibility

Carry out carpentry works including kitchen fitting, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, doors, frames and internal installations
Deliver works across void properties, preparing homes for handover
Support kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
Contribute to major repairs works across properties
Carry out multi-trade works to support project completion, including: Basic plumbing
Tiling
Patch plastering and making god
Painting and decrating
Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver works on time and to quality standards
Follow health and safety procedures and complete risk assessments
