Carpenter/Maintenance Representative

• Overall maintenance of properties
• Ensure all maintenance requests are handled in an efficient and professional manner
• Provide prompt response to work orders via Smart Phone (provided by employer) email and other applications
• Be willing to work with office to discuss any questions and concerns regarding work orders and to request additional help when needed
• Make arrangements/appointments with Unit Owners for unit access as needed per various work orders
• Meet with and oversee third party vendors as needed
• Respond to and handle emergency situations after hours (when on call)
• Purchase supplies (with company card) when necessary using own vehicle
• Arrange for delivery of supplies when necessary
• Provide paid receipts with work order detail to office regularly
• Maintain own records of same in the event that a purchase is questioned
• Maintain Maintenance Logs of work completed daily
• Provide management with descriptions of work performed daily and track hours worked in accordance with company requirements
• Be available to staff via email and phone during business hours

• Monday to Friday
• On call - emergency after hours rotation
• Driver's License (Required)
• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
