Job Description:

We are looking for experienced, Carpenter Joiners to join our team, working across a variety of refurbishment and maintenance contracts throughout the Humber regions. Projects span several sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, Education, Defence and social housing, offering a diverse and rewarding workload. The Carpenter Joiner will carry out a wide range of first and second fix joinery tasks as part of a skilled and professional team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out first and second fix joinery on refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Install and fit kitchens, doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves, window boards, and flooring
  • Undertake partitioning, boxing-in, and general carpentry repairs
  • Fit ironmongery and carry out any required adjustments
  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with site safety requirements
  • Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining good communication with site supervisors, clients, and other trades
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area at all times

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or qualified by time served in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Proven experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or maintenance joinery (not new build)
  • Competent in both first and second fix joinery tasks
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Humber region
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision

Nice to have:

CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
