Job Responsibility:

  • Create, present, and sell project estimates
  • Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
  • Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with efficiency and quality
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Manage and acquire materials as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with skills in various trades
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs
  • Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle
  • Able to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time
  • Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle
