Job Responsibility

Estimating and Sales -Utilize company-provided mobile tools to efficiently create and deliver accurate job proposals and invoices
Completing Maintenance & Repairs – Execute a wide range of small-to-medium residential and commercial maintenance, repair, and remodeling projects
Consult and Communicate: Clearly diagnose repair needs, offer solutions, and provide accurate estimates to manage customer expectations on project scope and cost
Deliver the 'Done Right Promise': Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews using the Mr. Handyman Way process

Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs

Self-manage as you’ll be alone often
Speak with customers and provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments
Have the necessary tools, including the ability to use technology
