Job Description:

Join our Communication and Interior Design team as a Carpenter Co-Worker. You will work closely with our com-in team to build, assemble, and maintain IKEA products and custom solutions, ensuring all work meets IKEA's high standards for safety, durability, and sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

Build, assemble, and maintain IKEA products and custom solutions
Ensure all work meets IKEA's high standards for safety, durability, and sustainability
Use technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve carpentry challenges
Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry or furniture assembly
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
Confidence in troubleshooting and adapting to on-site challenges
Precision and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments
Comfortable with manual handling and working in a dynamic environment
Physical capability for manual work

Nice to have:

Experience in retail fit-outs
Proactive attitude
Willingness to learn
