Caretaker

We are looking for a Caretaker to join our team at Spring School. You'll work as part of the School Business Support Team to ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained, supporting statutory compliance and operational continuity including all aspects of the site maintenance. This includes security, cleanliness, porterage, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs, and monitoring activities in accordance with Health and Safety legislation. You'll carry out repairs and DIY projects, as well as ensuring the school is kept clean and tidy to enable the best environment for learning. You'll conduct maintenance work in the school buildings and the wider grounds, ensuring this is effectively carried out.
