Requirements

2+ years of building manager experience
Experience with new builds and warranty process is an asset
Experience with Marketing Units, and leasing process.

Job Responsibility

Show suites and provides prospective Residents with an application if they are deemed a good fit for the building
Manage the rental process for Residents, which includes all the required paper work for the rental of suites, parking and/or storage lockers
Treat applicants and Residents with courtesy and respect, and address any problems or concerns
Prepares vacant suites for new Residents by completing necessary repairs, upgrades and/or cleaning and painting
Deal with Resident issues regarding complaints about excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or misuse of property.
