Caretaker

• Ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards
• Responsible for equipment and products used in carrying out your role, including inventory and safe storage
• Site management duties
• Support with general maintenance issues
• Responsible for site security
• Some minor handyman duties

• Capable of delivering a high level of customer service
• Confident working both on your own and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with the client
• Comfortable engaging with members of the public
• Any knowledge of health & safety guidelines relevant to the role would be an advantage
