Job Description:

Home care involves looking after people in their own home, travelling around a local area following a schedule that you have on your mobile phone. Typical duties include helping people to gain independence following a hospital stay, assisting with meals and medication, assisting people to dress and wash, and of course having a chat and monitoring their wellbeing.
