Job Responsibility:
Support residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Work closely with the care team to maintain individual support plans to a high standard
Build positive, trusting relationships with residents
Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided)
Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours
Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset.
Requirements:
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Social Care Wales Registration (we’ll support you through this)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic IT skills (full training provided)
The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
