Job Responsibility:

  • Support residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
  • Work closely with the care team to maintain individual support plans to a high standard
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with residents
  • Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided)
  • Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours
  • Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Social Care Wales Registration (we’ll support you through this)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic IT skills (full training provided)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
