At Caregivers America, our caregivers work one-on-one with clients in their homes, offering personalized care without the pressure of facility staffing ratios.

Job Responsibility

  • Dedicated to enhancing client well-being and quality of life through compassionate care and support
  • Skilled in personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), mobility assistance, and medication reminders
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed
  • Provides transportation as needed and supports daily living activities
  • Promotes client health and happiness through safety, hygiene, nutrition, medication adherence, and companionship
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to diverse environments and client behaviors
  • Proactively identifies and addresses unsafe conditions and calmly manages emergencies

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in Warren Center, PA
  • Availability to work day shift (10am-2pm or 12pm-4pm)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20 miles to client's location
