Job Description:

Transportation on Demand is looking for a dispatcher who has an interest in making a difference in the lives of our members. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who is compassionate, professional, and hardworking.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
A Minimum of one-year experience in Dispatching and Customer Services
Pass a Criminal Background Check
Pass a MVR Check
Provide Professional & Personal References
Pass a Standard physical and drug test
Pass or provide a valid COVID-19 Test
Pass a sled or National background check
Pass a state OIG and National OIG check
Must have 2 or more years’ experience in dispatching and GPS tracking
Must have reliable transportation to and from job Location
Must be to answer incoming calls, accept large volume and providing ETA’S
Must be proficient at multi-tasking under pressure
Must have the Ability to work with limited or no supervision
Must have the Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must Have an excellent knowledge of the surround areas of Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Laurens SC
Must be able to schedule trips to drivers and creating the most cost effective routes
