Job Responsibility

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans
Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration
Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice to have

CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license
CPR and First Aid certification
Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
