Job Description

Nurse Next Door is dedicated to delivering flexible, premium care options to help seniors stay at home. We are looking for Caregivers who are able to work 10 to 40 hours per week with flexible hours in the morning, afternoon, evenings, and overnights.

Job Responsibility

Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Service the Chandler, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee area
Looking for all visit times (700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-700) weekdays and weekends

Requirements

1 year previous caregiving experience
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
Proof of CNA Health Care Certification (Registry #)
Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
Must be able to legally work in Arizona to apply for this position
Valid driver’s license is required
