Job Description:

Career guidance advisor and career counsellor role in Cyberabad, focusing on helping clients assess career goals, providing counselling, and facilitating career development initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students, graduates, or career changers to assess career goals and development needs
Use assessment tools and psychometric tests to evaluate interests, aptitudes, and personality traits
Assist clients in identifying suitable career options based on their qualifications, skills, and personal goals
Provide information on educational pathways, training programs, certifications, and employment opportunities
Guide clients on resume writing, interview preparation, and job-search strategies
Facilitate career workshops, seminars, and job fairs in collaboration with institutions or employers
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market developments, and educational programs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Build partnerships with academic institutions, employers, and community organizations to support career development initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Career Development, or a related field
Certification in career counselling or guidance (e.g., NCDA, GCDF, or equivalent) is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of career assessment tools and counselling techniques
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Experience with diverse populations, including youth, career changers, and marginalized communities, is preferred
