Job Description:

The Management Career Coach supports undergraduate business students majoring in Entrepreneurship, HR, MIS, Operations & Supply Chain, and Strategic Management. This includes assistance with career exploration, professional development, internship/job search preparation, and employer engagement. This role partners with academic departments, employers, alumni, and campus stakeholders to prepare students for successful career outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports undergraduate business students majoring in Entrepreneurship, HR, MIS, Operations & Supply Chain, Strategic Management & assists with professional development, internship/job search preparation & employer engagement
  • Partnership with academic departments, employers, alumni, and campus stakeholders to prepare students for successful career outcomes

Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and seven years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.

Nice to have:

  • Five or more years professional experience in private sector employee recruitment, HR, or business related experience
  • Experience with college recruitment programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Word
