Care Worker

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment
• Administer basic first aid as necessary and monitor the health status of residents
• Assist with heavy lifting when required, ensuring safe practices are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the living spaces to promote a healthy environment
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans effectively
• Document care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions promptly

• Previous experience in nursing homes, hospice care, or senior care is highly desirable
• Familiarity with assisted living environments and patient care practices is advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively as needed
• Certification in first aid or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
