Job Description

Help us keep elderly and vulnerable people safer and better connected by using digital technology. Install sensor-based technologies within individuals’ homes to better monitor health and well-being remotely. Play a key role in delivering technology contracts in SW and NE London area.

Job Responsibility

  • Speak to social workers and referring partners to conduct customised needs outcomes-based telephone assessment
  • Deliver, collect, install, demonstrate, repair and maintain care technology in people's own homes
  • Travel by driving your own vehicle
  • Support people of all ages to maintain their health and wellbeing
  • Support unpaid carers
  • Day-to-day management of stock and maintenance of stock
  • Set up / repair / collection of care technology in people's own homes
  • Move and track equipment and stock movements through computerised bar code scanner system
  • Respond to customer alert activations, visiting clients at home
  • Carry out risk assessments
  • provide advice and assistance to ensure client’s safety and wellbeing
  • Respond to emergency requests and safeguard clients
  • Maintain and document accurately all installations, emergencies, handovers
  • Manage enquiries, ensuring faulty equipment is reported
