As a Care Team Supervisor with Elara Caring, you are both operationally focused and deeply committed to clinical excellence. Your leadership enhances patient outcomes, supports QAPI initiatives, and strengthens the future of home-based healthcare. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and state policies preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency and exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for patient-centered care
  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
