Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes. You will be joining the team at Harrier House a beautiful newly built 84 bed care home in Hucknall, offering luxury and high-quality care. As a Care Team Leader, you will assist the Care Home Management Team while leading and supervising the care team to ensure personalized, high-quality care for residents. You will conduct various audits, maintain accurate records, oversee the keyworker system, and provide flexible support by completing care shifts as needed. Your role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing medication, performing regular quality checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will foster a welcoming environment for residents, relatives, and staff while maintaining confidentiality, participating in team meetings, and be a champion of Adept’s vision of creating a superb place to live and work.

Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
Previous Senior Care Assistant experience (essential)
Extensive experience in Dementia Support & Care
Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
