Sugar Mills is a newly developed specialist Supported Living service for people to flourish independently, whilst having a team to support them 24/7. Made up of self-contained flats across the ground floor and first floor, Sugar Mills has assistive technology to promote independence and enables people to have a tenancy for their own home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team and provide exceptional care
  • Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions
  • Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too

Requirements:

Experience in the social care sector as either a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant
