We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in London, SW18 (Wimbledon) to cover maternity leave with option of continuing as bank.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with personal care needs including bathing, dressing and toileting
  • Medication administration
  • Meeting our client’s complex health care needs including the use of ventilation, cough assist and chest physio
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Moving and Handling as well as repositioning
  • Assisting our client to access the community

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Good communication skills
  • A genuine desire to support others
  • Basic IT and record-keeping skills
  • A full UK driving licence is advantageous
  • Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
  • A good standard of spoken and written English is essential
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, with documentation valid for at least 12 months
