Job Responsibility

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks
  • Enable service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users
  • Participate and support with wellbeing events and activities
  • Help to promote a safe and engaging environment
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required
