Job Description

Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at Rose Meadow to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Care Support Worker – North Walsham. 21 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours. Flexible shift patterns. Come and work for Norse Care. We offer fully funded accredited courses, excellent career progression, and job satisfaction from improving people’s lives. Please note that Norse Care are currently unable to provide sponsorship. Rose Meadow is our residential care home in North Walsham, North Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks
  • Enable service users to make informed choices
  • Promote independence and dignity in line with person-centred care plans
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users
  • Participate and support with wellbeing events and activities
  • Help promote a safe and engaging environment
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required

Requirements

  • Experience in care or new to the industry
