Care & Support Worker - Nights

• Deliver person-centred care and support to residents throughout night shifts
• Assist with personal care needs, medication administration, and mobility
• Respond promptly to emergencies or resident requests during the night
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report any concerns to senior staff
• Carry out light domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Ensure confidentiality and dignity for all residents
• Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety protocols

• Previous experience in care or support work, ideally within a residential setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Understanding of safeguarding and care standards
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude
• Right to work in the UK
• Basic IT and record-keeping skills

Training in moving & handling or first aid
