Job Description:

Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at Beauchamp House to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Beauchamp House is our residential care home in the village of Chedgrave, near Loddon in South Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks
  • Enable service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users
  • Participate and support with wellbeing events and activities
  • Help promote a safe and engaging environment
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or new to the industry
  • Passion for supporting others by providing excellent care

  • Enhanced DBS check (employer paid)
