Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at Green Lane View to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Care Support Worker – Aylsham. 22.75 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours. Are you an experienced Care professional or new to the industry? Come and work for Norse Care. We offer fully funded accredited courses, excellent career progression, and job satisfaction from improving people’s lives. Please note that Norse Care are currently unable to provide sponsorship.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks
  • Enable service users to make informed choices
  • Promote independence and dignity in line with person-centred care plan
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users
  • Participate and support with wellbeing events and activities
  • Help promote a safe and engaging environment
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required

Requirements
