Job Description

Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at St Nicholas House to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Care Support Worker – Dereham £13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements 28.13 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours. Are you an experienced Care professional or new to the industry? Come and work for Norse Care. We offer fully funded accredited courses, excellent career progression, and job satisfaction from improving people’s lives. Please note that Norse Care are currently unable to provide sponsorship.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks enabling our service users to make informed choices promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan
  • Working as part of a team build strong relationships with colleagues and service users participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities helping to promote a safe and engaging environment
  • Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required
