Job Responsibility:
Provide personalised care to residents, adhering to care plans and individual requirements
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and mealtimes
Support residents with medication administration following guidelines and training
Encourage involvement in social and recreational activities to enhance wellbeing
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns or changes in residents’ conditions
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent, outstanding care delivery
Promote safety, safeguarding, and respect for resident privacy at all times
Uphold company values and policies in all aspects of service
Requirements:
Experience working in a care or support environment, preferably with older adults
Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety procedures, and confidentiality
Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, including weekends, on a rota basis
Empathetic, patient, and committed to promoting independence
Nice to have:
Experience supporting individuals with dementia or complex needs
