Job Description:

Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at Lydia Eva to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Lydia Eva Court is our modern purpose-built care home in Gorleston, near the East Norfolk coast. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks
  • Enable service users to make informed choices
  • Promote independence and dignity in line with person-centred care plan
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users
  • Participate and support with wellbeing events and activities
  • Help promote a safe and engaging environment
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required
