Care Support Worker – Downham Market. £13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements. £14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements. 26.38 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours. Shift Patterns - 0730-1430 // 1430-2130. Opportunity to do 21:30-07:30. Are you an experienced Care professional or new to the industry? Come and work for Norse Care. A day in the life: As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
