Care & Support Worker Days - Leonora

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, in line with individual care plans
• Support residents with mobility, feeding, and medication as directed
• Promote social engagement and participation in daily activities
• Maintain accurate and timely care records
• Uphold confidentiality and safeguard residents’ privacy and dignity
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
• Support infection prevention and cleanliness throughout the home

• Experience in a care or support worker role or willingness to undertake training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Basic knowledge of health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control
• Flexible to work shifts and adapt to residents’ needs

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
