We are currently seeking Care Support Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting individuals within our short stay (respite) provision based in Northwich, Cheshire.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting individuals to take part in meaningful activities, both within the service and in the community
  • Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Administering medication when required

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Be confident in leading and supporting activities
  • Be enthusiastic, reliable and motivated
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Be flexible and person-centred in their approach to support
  • A full UK driving licence is advantageous
  • Previous experience is helpful but not essential
  • A good standard of spoken and written English is essential
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, with documentation valid for at least 12 months
