Job Description:

We are looking for a Care Support Assistant to come and join our team to support a client based in Kent. Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a Care Support Assistant, where you will be paid a competitive rate of pay after completion of training. We offer you time to do the training before you start whilst we carry out our recruitment processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence
  • Companionship
  • Supporting with housework
  • Running errands
  • Supporting with preparing and cooking meals
  • Administering medication may be required

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Desire to care for others
  • Good standard of spoken and written English
  • Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous
