We’re on the lookout for caring, compassionate individuals to join our team of Care Assistants at The Old Prebendal care home in Shipton-under-Wychwood. If you want to make a difference in people’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Responsibility

Providing personal care and support to residents, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy
Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile
Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents
Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times

Requirements

A warm, kind and compassionate person
Great listening skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
Self motivated and flexible
Honest and open to learning from feedback
Good standard of English and numeracy skills
Passion for looking after the adults in your care
Satisfactory background checks, including criminal records check via the Disclosure and Barring Service
