Job Description:

The Care Partner provides patient and administrative support to Nursing staff as necessary. The ED is a 46-bed tertiary care facility with an annual volume of nearly 100,000 visits, a dedicated fast track area and two trauma bays. The patient population ranges from neonates to adolescents, and a large number of these patients have high acuity and complex medical conditions.

Job Responsibility:

Provides patient and administrative support to Nursing staff as necessary

Requirements:

  • Able to write, speak and understand English fluently
  • 1+ year previous experience as a PCSA, Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred
  • Completion of pediatric rotation preferred (for Nursing Student Applicants)
  • High school graduate or GED required
  • Current BLS from American Heart Association
