As a Care Partner, you'll support our residents with daily living activities and help them live well, safely, and with dignity. Working alongside Registered Nurses and an experienced clinical team, you will play an essential role in creating a warm and supportive home environment. This is an entry-level opportunity - full training and structured support are provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Supporting safe mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment
  • Assisting with meals and hydration
  • Promoting comfort, independence, and wellbeing
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' health to the Registered Nurse
  • Following infection prevention and health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment
  • Supporting falls prevention and safe care practices
  • Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
  • Building positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Participating in handovers and team meetings
  • Completing care documentation accurately and on time
