Job Responsibility
Client compliance - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, and CQC-ready documentation
Staff compliance - supervisions, spot checks, training records, and DBS
Recruitment - attracting, interviewing and onboarding great care workers
Care coordination - rotas, scheduling, and matching the right carers to the right clients
Field care supervision - supporting your team out in the community
General administration - keeping the office running smoothly alongside the branch manager
Requirements
Solid domiciliary home care experience at a senior or supervisory level
A natural organiser who takes pride in getting the details right
Someone who genuinely cares - about clients and about the people delivering that care
NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care minimum (Level 5 or working toward it is a bonus, not a requirement)
A driver with access to a vehicle
Nice to have
Level 5 qualification or working toward it
