Care Leader

• Lead a small team of people to deliver outstanding care
• Plan and implement care giving residents a sense of security, dignity, and independence
• Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Manage time between supporting team effectively and ensuring wellbeing of residents

• Previous experience of working in a residential care setting
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or achieved NVQ Level 2 and prepared to study for NVQ Level 3
• Positive role model with excellent communication skills
• Natural ability to get along with others
• Supportive individual able to motivate others
• Confident taking charge and able to use own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries

Previous supervisory experience like delegating tasks, supporting inductions for new starters and 1 to 1s
