Job Responsibility:
Lead a small team to deliver outstanding care
Plan and implement care giving residents security, dignity, and independence
Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
Manage time between supporting team and ensuring resident wellbeing
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a residential care setting
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care OR NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for Level 3
Positive role model with excellent communication skills
Natural ability to get along with others
Supportive individual able to motivate others
Confident taking charge and using own initiative to resolve problems
Nice to have:
Previous supervisory experience
Experience delegating tasks
Experience supporting inductions for new starters
Experience with 1 to 1s
