Supporting the Home Manager, and leading a team of carers, you’ll be responsible for planning and implementing the kind of care that will give our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence. You’ll ensure care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You’ll be able to manage your time between supporting your team effectively and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents. Job Responsibility:
Planning and implementing care for residents
Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
Managing time between supporting team and ensuring wellbeing of residents

Supporting the Home Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience of working in a residential care setting
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
Or NVQ Level 2 and prepared to study for NVQ Level 3
Positive role model
Excellent communication skills
Natural ability to get along with others
Ability to motivate others
Confident taking charge and using own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries
Previous supervisory experience is not essential
Nice to have:
Previous supervisory experience, like delegating tasks, supporting inductions for new starters and 1 to 1s
