Job Responsibility

Provide the highest possible standards of support to those who use Orchard Community Care service
Ensure the service is in line with appropriate Government and Health Service Executive (HSE) Policy
Act as the Person in Charge for existing services ensuring compliance with the Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards
Take the lead on shift when on duty in the service
Participate in the provision of direct care to individuals, following established care plans, protocols, and procedures
