Job Description

Bank Care Home Worker position to help cover absence from sickness and holidays. Providing essential support to individuals within a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in team meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in a care role preferred
