As a Care Home Manager, you’ll take the reins across every aspect of the home – from delivering outstanding resident care to managing budgets, staff development, and compliance. Job Responsibility:

Master of All Trades: Take charge of all functions, from care needs to budgets, financial control, staffing & training, marketing, and Health & Safety
Care Champion: Lead with compassion and expertise, making sure every resident receives top-notch care
Leadership Legend: Inspire and develop our team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
Standard Bearer: Maintain a thorough working knowledge of care standards and become the registered accredited person
Improvement Guru: Use your strong managerial experience to drive measurable improvements in our care setting

Requirements:

Proven Track Record: Significant experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar role
Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for developing a top-tier care service
Care Standards Knowledge: In-depth understanding of care standards and regulations
Managerial Prowess: Demonstrated ability to manage effectively and enhance care services
