Requirements

  • Clinical Background: A strong, proven nursing or clinical background is essential
  • Leadership Experience: Currently operating as a Registered Manager or a senior Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Proximity: Must live locally to the home to ensure swift response times in the event of an emergency
  • Vision: A desire for a long-term commitment to build stability and maintain high standards of care
