Requirements

Leadership Experience: Currently operating as a Registered Manager or a senior Deputy Manager ready to step up
Proximity: Must live locally to the home to ensure swift response times in the event of an emergency
Vision: A desire for a long-term commitment to build stability and maintain high standards of care
What we offer
Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic (negotiable based on your track record)
